WorldStream TVThese terms apply to WorldStream TV, provided by Soance Innovations LLP. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the terms of the app store through which you obtain it.
1. Player access and subscriptions
WorldStream TV Pro provides monthly access to the IPTV player. The localised price and subscription terms are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Pro does not include a TV channel package or a provider subscription.
Payment is charged to your app store account after confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store before the renewal deadline shown in your subscription settings. You can manage or cancel your subscription through that store. Deleting WorldStream TV does not cancel your subscription.
Refund requests are handled under the relevant store's policies and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
2. Your sources and content
Use only playlists, provider accounts and streams you are authorised to access. You are responsible for complying with the rights, licence terms and conditions that apply to your sources.
WorldStream TV is a player and does not host your streams. Third-party source availability, quality, connection security and content suitability depend on the source and provider. We cannot guarantee the availability or continued operation of third-party streams.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful streaming, infringement, unauthorised access, abuse, or attempts to bypass access restrictions. Do not redistribute or modify the app except where permitted by law or an applicable licence. Keep your provider credentials secure.
4. Privacy and local information
Our privacy policy explains device storage, external provider requests and subscription information. Your saved playlists and preferences are local to your device. Keep a separate copy of any source information you need before deleting local data or uninstalling the app.
5. Service changes and availability
We may update the app to fix issues, improve compatibility or change features. Access may be interrupted by device, network, store or third-party provider problems. The app is provided as available, subject to any rights and guarantees that apply under law.
